Oswego Elks Lodge #271 presented their Elks National Foundation Spotlight Grant of $2000 to Human Concerns Inc. located in Oswego, NY. Human Concerns provides emergency food to families and individuals in need. Human Concerns serves over 2,000 individuals annually and is open Mon-Fri from 12-3.
