2017-2018 Lodge Bulletin Contest

 Attached are details for the annual lodge bulletin contest. Please distribute to your local lodges and get the word out. As with last year, digital entries, i.e. flash drive, CD's, emails will be accepted. Please encourage all lodges to enter. Results will be announced at the Spring 2018 Conference in Rochester.

Three consecutive issues of the bulletin and a letter certifying the Lodge membership as of April 1, 2017 must be submitted to Michael Jones, Chairman, NYSEA Public Relations, 809 Mann Ave, Rensselaer, NY 12144 prior to March 15, 2018. Judging will occur in all six (6) Grand Lodge Divisions.  Winning entries will be announced at the 2018 Spring Conference. This Holiday Season And Always

BPOE 2348 (Liverpool NY) Liverpool Fall Clean Up

Liverpool Elks Lodge No. 2348 participates in the Adopt A Highway Project on County Route 370 in the town of Lysander.  Volunteers from the lodge participated in their annual Fall Clean Up by cleaning debris from several miles of the highway in the vicinity of the lodge.  They often have a competition to see who might find the most unusual piece of debris.  To their surprise this year, it was not what they found, but what found them.
