Oswego Children’s Miracle Network

 Oswego Elks Lodge #271 recently held a chicken barbeque in partnership with Walmart to raise money for the Children’s Miracle Network. To help reach Walmart’s goal of a $15,000 donation for Children’s Miracle Network, Oswego Elks Lodge made a donation of $1,000. Oswego Little Kitchen

 The Oswego Lodge Friday night kitchen will close this Friday. We would like thank  the members for supporting the kitchen. 

We will open again at the end of August. Have a great summer. Missing from picture is Bill Kerfein.



Auburn Elks 474 Drug Awareness

 Today the Auburn Elks Lodge 474, in partnership with the Cayuga County Deputy Sheriff’s Benevolent Association (CCDSBA), Sheriff Brian Schenck and Association President Mario Campanello, distributed Elks National Drug Awareness materials with their Elks Father’s Day Chicken BBQ. The CCDSBA supplied the dessert as well. 

Mario Campanello is the current Loyal Knight & Sheriff Brian Schenck is a good member of the Auburn Lodge .



Liverpool 55th Anniversary

 Liverpool Elks Lodge #2348 recently celebrated their 55th anniversary. At a dinner in their honor Office of the Year Awards were given to outstanding police Officers who serve and protect the members of the lodge.  The Officer of the Year from both departments is chosen by their fellow Officers.

Camillus Food Bank Donation

 Exalted Ruler Jay Mason of Camillus Elks Lodge presents Heidi Soine, The Development Coordinator at the Food Bank of Central New York with a $350.00 check to help provide food for individuals in need. There motto is “Do Right and Feed Everyone” and the Camillus Lodge is helping the agency do that. Camillus Elks Lodge giving back to the community.


Oswego Flag Day

 Oswego Lodge Flag Day ceremony. 

The program included the history of the flag, patriotic singing and a reading from Shelly Reifke-Souza. Participants also recited the Pledge of Allegiance. πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡²



Auburn Elks 474 Flag Day

 The Auburn Elks Lodge 474 held their Flag Day Ceremony on June 14th. The history of the flag was read by State Vice President Frank Saya. 

The Boy Scout troop 43 and Cub Scout pack 40 presented the flags.

Grandchildren of State Americanism Chair Mindy Johnson PDDGER presented the Pledge Of Allegiance.



Camillus Flag Day

Another successful Flag Day Ceremony πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡ΈπŸ‡ΊπŸ‡ΈπŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ. Thank you to Boy Scout Troop 60 for all your help.



Elk Of The Year Liverpool

 Congratulations to Laura Mclain Richards on becoming Liverpool Elks Lodge #2348 newest Elk of the Year.  ELK of the Year is an honor bestowed on someone who has gone above and beyond for years and years.   Well de deserved Laura.



Oswego/Fulton Scholarship

 The New Visions program at CiTi BOCES received a donation thanks to a collaboration between the Oswego Elks Lodge and Fulton Elks Lodge. The funds will go toward a scholarship being awarded to a graduating Oswego County student who has participated in the New Vision program. 


New Vision has programs Allied Health and Specialized Careers. Allied Health allows students to observe medical rotations at local medical offices and hospitals. Specialized Careers includes but is not limited law, business, veterinary care and engineering. Students in this program have observed law enforcement officers, graphic designers and social workers. New Vision students have the opportunity to receive college credits while still attending their local high school.

Liverpool Scholars

 Liverpool Elks Lodge #2348 Ladies Auxiliary President Terri Risley and First Vice President Maureen Culican recently participated in Baldwinsville Central School’s Dollars for Scholars presentation.  Due to covid the ceremony that is typically held at the school recognizing all the students was cancelled.  Each group or individual presenting a scholarship met with their recipient and presented their scholarship personally.  Auxiliary was honored to present a $1000 scholarship to Kelsey Natoli.  Kelsey will be attending University of Delaware in the fall.  It is an honor to meet Kelsey and to witness Taylor receiving both recognition and financial support from her community.

Oswego Elk Of The Year/ Officer

 Congratulations to Chick Vickery who was awarded Elk of the Year and Bill Chorley who received Officer of the Year honors at Tom Milam's testimonial last evening at Oswego Lodge.

 Liverpool Elks Lodge #2348 Leading Knight Craig Rosen recently participated in Baldwinsville Central School’s Dollars for Scholars presentation.  Due to covid the ceremony that is typically held at the school recognizing all the students was cancelled.  Each group or individual presenting a scholarship met with their recipient and presented their scholarship personally.   Scholarship winners are chosen by the school.  Liverpool Elks Lodge #2348 was honored to present a $1000 scholarship to Taylor Metcalf.  It is wonderful to witness Taylor receiving both recognition and financial support from her community.

Oswego Lodge Memorial Day

 Members of Oswego Elks Lodge #271 took part in the placing of flags on the graves of veterans at St. Paul's Cemetery. The Elks have placed flags in this cemetery for the past few years on the Saturday of Memorial Day weekend.



Camillus Lodge Food Drive

 Camillus Lodge 2367 has taken on the challenge of a year long food drive, each month giving to a different organization. Pictured is Exalted Ruler Jay Mason donating bags and boxes of food to District Deputy Tom Kanaley for the St. Joseph's Food Pantry. Also pictured is PDD Rocco Arcaro. Camillus Elks Lodge 2367 continuously giving back to the community.
