The Fulton Elks Lodge recently donated $300.00 to The Child Advocacy Center of Oswego County (CAC), which is a safe, child-friendly site for the investigation, prosecution, and treatment of child abuse and their families. Pictured presenting the check are Fulton Lodge Esquire Jim Myers and Treasurer Silvan Johnson.
