In honor of Youth Week, May 1-7, 2022, The Fulton Elks Lodge recently donated $200.00 to the Child Advocacy Center (CAC) of Oswego County. The CAC's mission is to provide a safe, child-friendly environment that supports a timely, multi-disciplinary response to child sexual abuse, physical abuse and trauma, and promotes healing of victims and their families.
