Dan and I would like you to join us in congratulating Jay Mason as State Vice President. Jay was installed last weekend at the Villa Roma Resort. We wish him much success and we know he has everyones support. Thanks go to Frank Saya for all his hard work last year and congratulate him on being a Past State Vice President.
