Elks Lodge No. 271 was proud to have New York State President Philip Conaty of
Monticello Lodge # 1544 present a check for $ 750.00 to Jo Ann Locy director
of the Oswego Human Concerns Center in Oswego.
The Human concerns Center provides Clothing, Food and Nutrition Services
and also hosts a food pantry. Oswego
Elks received a one time "Anniversary Grant". This grant was offered
as an opportunity for the Lodges to fulfill their pledge of community assistance.
