Elks Lodge No. 2348 held a Family Day Picnic.
NYS Elks Association President Bill Reedy Jr. was in attendance. At one of the games for the day the children
present wrapped their parents in toilet paper.
How fitting that Bill Reedy Jr. would wrap his father Bill Reedy Sr PDD
in toilet paper. Everyone had a
fantastic time.
