The Bpoe Fulton NY Elks recently received a $2,000.00 Gratitude Grant from the Elks National Foundation. The grant was split between two local organizations. The Child Advocacy Center of Oswego County received $1,000.00, which they will use to offer a safe, welcoming place to local children who have been abused, helping them to find justice, healing and hope.
