The Fulton Elks Lodge made a $3,800.00 donation to the Syracuse Veteran's Administration Healthcare for Homeless Veteran's Program. The funds were from an Elks National Foundation Beacon Grant. As long as there are Veterans, the BPOE will never forget them!
