The Fulton Elks Lodge recently made a $1,000.00 donation to Person to Person: Citizen Advocacy (PPCA). Pictured are Josh Ferguson, Advocate; Laura Ferguson, PPCA Progam Coordinator; Silvan Johnson, Fulton ElksTreasurer and Joyce Cody, PER. The PPCA staff match a protégé (a person with developmental disabilities) with an advocate (a community volunteer) in which they both share their gifts, talents and friendship. This donation will be used for the PPCA annual holiday party for Oswego County protégés and advocates, being held on December 3rd at the Fulton Elks Lodge.
