Auburn Elks Lodge No. 474 partnered with HEAL at an Auburn
Doubleday’s baseball game. Elroy the Elk greeted Children as well as handed out
coloring books with HEAL (Heroin Epidemic Action League). The mission of
HEAL is to create a community wide effort to prevent substance abuse, and to
initiate and implement needed resources to assist those affected by the disease
