BPOE No. 2367 (Camillus, NY) Annual Hoop Shoot Free Throw Contest (2015-12-CAM-3)

Camillus Elks Lodge No. 2367 hosted their annual Hoop Shoot Free Throw contest on December 12^h at West Genesee High School.  The program was free to all interested boys and girls from the greater Camillus area. 

Hoop Shoot contests began in West Genesee elementary and middle schools where Physical Education teachers conducted in-class contests to determine representatives for their schools.  The program focused on teaching basketball shooting skills and spirited competition.  The program offered to over 2,100 students with 53 students competing at the Lodge contest.  All students received school winner certificates while winners and runner-ups received trophies.

Winners will progress to the Elks Ontario District Hoop Shoot contest hosted by Syracuse Elks Lodge No. 31 at the Pastime Athletic Club on January 23^rd at 1:00 PM.
