Oswego Elks Flag Retirement Ceremony

Oswego Elks # 271 had their annual flag retirement ceremony at Fort Ontario with the help of Boy Scout troop 888 and Girl Scout troop 10567. ER Carol Simpson provided education on how to properly cut up a flag before burning. Pamphlets and American flag pins were handed out.
