BPOE 2348 (Liverpool NY) Elk Of The Year

Liverpool Elks Lodge #2348 recently honored H Kenneth Richards as Elk of the year.  Kenny has served as Exalted Ruler and State Vice President.   He is the current Designee for District Deputy for the Ontario District.  He has worked numerous committees for his lodge as well as for his district.  The Elk of the year at Liverpool Elks Lodge is chosen by the past Elks of the year.  Congratulations Ken.  This is an honor well deserved.

BPOE 474 (Auburn NY) Dictionary Program

Auburn Elks Lodge # 474 recently distributed dictionary's to the 3rd grade students at John Paul 2nd, Casey Park, Genesee, Herman, Seward and Owasco Elementary Schools. 324 Dictionary’s  were distributed.

BPOE 2348 ( Liverpool) NY) Liverpool Sister of the Year

Liverpool Elks Lodge #2348  Ladies Auxiliary named Therese Risley as Sister of the Year.  Theresa joined the auxiliary a few years ago and since has been an active and dedicated member.  She has worked nearly every activity sponsored by the auxiliary and jumped into an officers position without hesitation.  The sister of the year is chosen by the past sisters of the year.

BPOE 2348 (Liverpool NY) Liverpool Golisano

Liverpool Elks Lodge #2348 recently visited Upstate Golisano Children's Hospital.   The members visiting took cookies, frosting and sprinkles so the kids could decorate their own cookies. Because of flu season we did not have as many kids as normal, but the cookies and gifts make their way the child life spec and their volunteers. They had 78 PC's, PJ’S, journals and art sets as well as fleece blankets, dolls, crafts, toy cars, remote control cars, books and baby toys. Along with the cookies and gifts we were able to present a check for $400 specified to be used for the purchase of a non-medical item(s) for the kids to enjoy
