BPOE 2348 (Liverpool NY) Citizen Of The Year

Liverpool Elks Lodge #2348 recently recognized a Citizen of the Year.  Jay Bernhardt received this award for his generosity throughout our community.  He has been especially generous to Liverpool Elks.  He had been a major corporate contributor to Liverpool Elks Annual Music Fest for several years.  Music Fest raises money for NYS major Projects. He also contributes to the Harry Agny Toy fund,  This contribution provides children at Upstate Golisano Children's Hospital with gifts to make their stay just a little more bearable.  Jay was not available to receive this recognition.  His son Jason was happy to represent him and Skyped the presentation so that he might be a part of it.  Congratulations Jay and thank you for all you do in our community
