Fulton Elks Lodge #830 donated $2,000.00 to the Oswego County Opportunities Services to Aid Families (SAF) domestic violence program. These funds came from a Spotlight Grant received from the Elks National Foundation. In addition to the cash donation, members donated adult and children's coloring books, colored pencils, puzzles and other items to help those served by the SAF Program.
