Each year, the Fulton Elks Lodge #830, in conjunction with Oswego Industries (OI) and Parents of Special Children, hosts a "Breakfast with Santa" for those in our community with developmental disabilities. Due to Covid-19, it was not possible to hold a traditional breakfast indoors. We knew we couldn't disappoint the many people who look forward to and attend each year, so we found a way to hold a drive through event. The Elks provided 90 breakfasts to go, consisting of a breakfast sandwich, tater tots, French toast sticks and sausage, and 50 gifts from Santa, provided by OI.

The first stop was to check in with Theresa Familo and Erica Giblin of Parents of Special Children and receive breakfast. The second was to see Santa and receive gifts.
