Fulton Elks Breakfast w Santa

Each year, the Fulton Elks Lodge #830, in conjunction with Oswego Industries (OI) and Parents of Special Children, hosts a "Breakfast with Santa" for those in our community with developmental disabilities.  Due to Covid-19, it was not possible to hold a traditional breakfast indoors. We knew we couldn't disappoint the many people who look forward to and attend each year, so we found a way to hold a drive through event. The Elks provided 90 breakfasts to go, consisting of a breakfast sandwich, tater tots, French toast sticks and sausage, and 50 gifts from Santa, provided by OI.
