Fulton Elks Lodge No. 830 hosted a breakfast for approximately 60 special needs residents from several group homes located throughout Oswego County. Breakfast was served including scrambled eggs, sausage, pancakes, tater tots, juice and milk. There were arts and crafts projects and each attendee had the chance to meet with Santa and received a gift from him. This is the 6th year Fulton Elks Lodge has hosted this event, in conjunction with the Oswego County Opportunities group homes. Pictured are workers from the OCO Group Homes.
