Enable and Transitional Living Services (TLS) merged and became
AccessCNY. As part of their celebration and unveiling of their new LOGO
NYS Elks Major Projects was given a Special Recognition Award for our 50 year
partnership with CP of NY and over $20,000,000 in donations to our Home Service
Program in particular, our partnership in Central New York with Enable.
