Oswego Elks 271 Flags

Members of Oswego Elks Lodge #271 recently took part in the placing of flags on the graves of veterans at St. Paul's Cemetery. The Elks have placed flags in this cemetery for the past few years on the Saturday of Memorial Day weekend. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and not being able to gather in groups exceeding ten people, the group was smaller than in the past and we were not able to have the assistance of the local Girl Scouts.
This year's volunteers were ER Tom Milam, PDDGER Dave Longley, PDDGER Jan Pashley, PER Jim Burnell and good member Debbie Burnell, good member Bill Ravas, good member Sandy Sweich and Jim Dillabaugh, Oswego Elks Lodge Veteran's Committee co-chair.
